Meet Our Chatbot, “Fetch”
If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for in the Help Center, our friendly chatbot, “Fetch” is here to assist! Look for the floating blue circle on the bottom right. Just type your question, and it will interpret what you need and provide the right answer.
Need more help? Ask Fetch to "put in a ticket" or "contact an agent." It will guide you to submit a support ticket to one of our agents, who will reach out to you via email.
