I'm accessing benefits through my organization
You’ll need to reset your password from your organization’s login screen. You’ll see a forgotten or reset password link that you can click to create a new password.
I signed up for my own account
If you forget your password, click Forgot password on the login screen. We’ll email you a code that you can use to reset your password.
1. From your login screen, enter the email address associated with your account and click Forgot password.
2. We'll ask you to confirm your email address before you click Send Verification Code.
3. An email will be sent to your email address with a unique six-digit code.

4. Enter your unique code in the reset tool and click Continue. If you didn't receive a code, be sure to check your Spam folder. If you still can't find it, click Resend it below the Continue button.
Note: The code below is an example and not a real reset code.
5. Enter a new password and make sure that each password criteria is marked with a green checkmark - like the image below. Enter the new password again to confirm it, then click Continue.
6. Enter your email address and new password on the login screen. Click Log in to get back to earning cashback.
Password requirements
Passwords must:
Be a minimum of 8 characters
Include at least one lowercase letter (a-z)
Include at least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
Include at least one number (0-9)
Include at least one special character
Keep your account safe
Do not share your password for your account. If you suspect fraud, phishing, or hacking on your account, please report it to our support team immediately. DO NOT attempt to reset your password by any other means outside of these instructions as it could be fraudulent.
