Tracking Your Cashback: Using Purchase History
Your purchase history is the perfect place to keep tabs on your cashback. Here’s how to find it and what to expect!
Accessing Your Purchase History
Log In
Click your initials in the top-right corner of the page and select Purchase History.
Don’t See Your Purchase Yet?
No worries! It can take up to 24 hours for a purchase to be confirmed and appear in your history.
Find What You’re Looking For
Each purchase is listed with details, including:
Description of the item or booking.
Date of purchase.
Amount of cashback received.
Pro tip: Filter by cashback status to focus on pending, approved, or canceled cashback. Make sure you're logged in and click your initials in the top right corner of the page.
Understanding Cashback Status
Stay up-to-date on where your cashback stands:
Pending
The purchase has been confirmed, but cashback is still being processed.
Pending periods are:
30 days for travel purchases.
30–90 days for shop purchases (depending on the retailer’s return policy).
View your total pending cashback in your wallet.
Approved
Your cashback is ready and waiting in your wallet!
To withdraw, make sure you’ve got at least $10 in your wallet and a connected bank or PayPal account for secure transfers. (You can connect an account directly from your wallet.)
Canceled
Cashback is canceled if a purchase is returned or a travel booking is canceled.
