How do I cancel or modify a reservation?

We’re here to help! Call our travel team directly at +1 (800) 799-4451, and we’ll take care of it right away. Since your booking was completed through our website, adjustments need to be made by us rather than the hotel.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the hotel and your dates of stay. You can find these details:

  • During the booking process.

  • In your confirmation email, which also includes additional contact numbers if needed.

How do I confirm my reservation?

Once your booking is complete, you’ll:

  1. See a confirmation page with your trip details.

  2. Receive a confirmation email for your records.

You can also view all your bookings and cashback details in your Purchase History.

Important: Our confirmation number might differ from the one used by the hotel. To check in, you’ll typically only need to provide your full name. If you have any concerns, call us anytime at +1 (800) 799-4451—we’re available 24/7!

I need a receipt for my Hotel.

Check your email for booking confirmation. The subject line should say, "Your booking is confirmed... ." There is an Invoice attached to that email which is your receipt. You may have separate Booking Confirmation emails and/or Invoices for flights, hotels, and rental cars.

Are there any additional fees or taxes?

Some hotels charge extra fees, like resort fees or local taxes, that aren’t included in your nightly rate. These fees will need to be paid directly at the hotel in local currency (if applicable).

Can I earn points with my hotel loyalty program?

Most hotels don’t allow loyalty points to be earned on bookings made through third-party sites like ours. However, it doesn’t hurt to ask at the front desk when you check in!

What’s the difference between Prepaid and Pay at Hotel options?

  • Prepaid Rooms:

    • Paid at the time of booking.

    • Typically offer higher cashback rewards.

  • Pay at Hotel Rooms:

    • Paid upon arrival at the hotel.

    • Cashback for these bookings will remain pending until your stay is completed.
