Getting Started with Shop
Retailers reward us for sending them business, and we pass those savings along to you as cashback. Here’s how to make sure you get your payday:
Use our activation link to buy directly from the retailer. This link lets the retailer know you’re shopping with us.
For Drop Ship providers (Water Sports Warehouse, Outdoor Warehouse, Brand Deals, Sporting Good Supply, or Tech Deals) you purchase these directly from an online storefront.
After your purchase, we’ll confirm with the retailer (this may take up to 24 hours) and add your pending cashback.
Once the pending period (30–90 days) ends, your cashback will be approved and ready to withdraw.
Pro Tip: Click the cashback counter at the top of the screen to jump straight to your wallet and check your pending total!
Ways to Search
Click the Shop tab at the top of the page to get started. From the shop homepage, you can search using:
Highest Cashback
Bestsellers
Categories
Saved Products
Scroll down to explore featured brands, items, and categories.
Saving My Favorite Items and Brands
Click the heart icon next to any item to save it. The heart will fill in when selected.
To access your favorites later, click your initials in the top-right corner and select Saved from the drop-down menu.
Finding My Purchase History
Click your initials in the top-right corner and select Purchase History to view all past purchases and their cashback statuses.
Note: It may take up to 24 hours for a purchase to appear in your purchase history after confirmation.
Earning Cashback
After a retailer confirms your purchase (within 24 hours), your cashback will show up in your purchase history as pending. The pending period lasts 30–90 days, often tied to the retailer’s return policy.
Once the pending period ends, your cashback will be marked as approved and ready for withdrawal!
What If I Clicked the Wrong Answer About My Purchase?
No worries!
If you purchased the item but clicked No, your cashback will still process after the retailer confirms the purchase.
If you didn’t purchase the item but clicked Yes, simply select Continue Shopping to return to your previous page.
Making Multiple Purchases from the Same Retailer
No problem! Just make sure to:
Use our activation link for each item.
Activate offers individually, so we can track each purchase.
This ensures the retailer knows you’re shopping with us and lets you stack up cashback!
Changing the Size or Color of an Item
You can usually adjust options (like size or color) directly on the retailer’s page without affecting your cashback. However, if you:
Click away from the retailer’s site after activating an offer, or
Change the item entirely,
you might not receive the cashback reward.
Combining Coupons and Cashback Offers
Sorry, no stacking! Combining our offers with browser extensions or coupon codes might prevent us from tracking your purchase and confirming cashback. To avoid issues, disable any discount browser extensions while shopping.
Disabling Browser Extensions
Here’s how to disable extensions on your browser:
Chrome:
Open Chrome.
Click the three dots in the top-right corner, then More Tools > Extensions.
Toggle off the extension.
Safari:
Open Safari.
Click Safari > Preferences > Extensions.
Uncheck the box next to the extension.
Edge:
Open Edge.
Click Extensions > Manage Extensions.
Toggle off the extension.
Firefox:
Open Firefox.
Click the three lines in the top-right corner, then Add-ons and Themes > Extensions.
Toggle off the extension.
Returning, Canceling, or Exchanging an Item
Drop-shipped items: Returns aren’t allowed. If your item arrived damaged, contact support within 72 hours of receipt. These are items purchased from Water Sports Warehouse, Outdoor Warehouse, Brand Deals, Sporting Good Supply, or Tech Deals.
Retailer purchases: Follow the retailer’s return, cancellation, and exchange policies. You’ll find these in your order confirmation email.
Important: If you cancel or return an item before your cashback is approved, the pending amount will be removed from your total.
